I've had a Dell Inspiron for a microscopic over a year, and it's been a constant scrape. Multiple home visits to replace parts, technicians that have arrive to fix the machine and kill up breaking it; calls to Indian customer service that route me to non-working telephone numbers; any requests to talk to a manager result in being cut-off. The machine has been down for probably a month in the past 12 months. An incredibly awful level of benefit and hardware.
